
Cultural Caravan Productions, Inc., was founded by Louise Dente. Louise also produces and hosts the show “Cultural Caravan”. Ms. Dente is an educator, artist, and arts administrator. The show “Cultural Caravan” focuses on highlighting the cultural and historical contributions of people of African ancestry to our world. The show has aired week nights over Time Warner cable/RCN/Cablevision stations in New York as well as online since January 2006. The show has featured a variety of celebrities interviews with notables performers such as Ruby Dee, Lynn Whitfield, Leslie Uggams, Glynn Turman, Roscoe Orman, and Malcolm Jamal Warner, just to name a few. The show has also featured a variety of scholars, community activists, and artists who make up the fabric of the African American experience.
